Air Therm Company was founded in January, 1969, and incorporated in the state of Georgia in January, 1970 by Dwain E. Ball (1936-2000). Dwain single-handedly acquired each customer one by one, slowly building a sound and respected reputation. His early vision for the growth of the local heating and air conditioning company was contingent upon hiring a qualified duct superintendent to enable the expansion into the commercial market. This was accomplished in August, 1972 with the addition of Sam Goodman, who continues to oversee the construction department, serves as vice president and is a key commercial estimator.

Through the decades, Air Therm has continued to expand both its customer base and products, providing the Greater Savannah area with quality service and installation. Air Therm maintains an extraordinary reputation not only in the residential market, but also in the commercial market, earning countless referrals by local architects and engineers.

With key leadership in the three main departments of Air Therm (Chris Rahn; service, Sam Goodman; construction, Gary Smith; commercial pipe fitting), the family owned company continues to thrive and is proud to be a premier dealer representing both Tappan and Trane equipment. They are also among the few which still maintain a complete sheet metal fabrication shop.

As their slogan states: Service is our most important product.
